# Guess Right Win Gifts T\&C

**1. Who can participate?**\
All ShopNEXT users who have a ShopNEXT account have the right to participate in the “Guess Right - Win Gifts” program.\
\
**2. What is the award?**\
\- Special Prize: If the participant chooses exactly 4 numbers as the chosen lottery number, they will win 1 level 4 NFT card-case.\
\- First Prize: If the participant chooses exactly 2 numbers as the chosen lottery number, they will win 1 level 1 NFT card-case.\
\
**3. How to participate?**\
Each ShopNEXT user will spend some tokens to buy pick one number.\
\- S1: Access to the “Rewards” tab.\
\- S2: Go to the page “Guess Right - Win Gifts”.\
\- S3: Choose a 4-digit number or you can choose random ones.\
\- S4: Click “Confirm” to join the program.\
\
**4. Game configuration**\
\- Start time to pick a number: announced on social.\
\- End time to pick a number: displayed in the app.\
\- Winner announcement time: At 09:00 AM UTC on the day the ticket picking is closed,  ShopNEXT will choose a lucky number including the last 4 digits of the BTC price on Coinmarketcap. For example, if BTC price on CMC are $46,164.90 , the lucky number will be 6490. The lucky number will be displayed on the app.\
\- Award distribution: Awards will be transferred to your ShopNEXT account within 3 working days.\
\
**5. Notes**\
\- ShopNEXT reserves the right to refuse to reward users if it is discovered that users have committed fraudulent acts while participating in the program.\
\- Any dispute arising during the “Guess Right - Win NEXT” program, the final decision belongs to ShopNEXT.\
\- Users can buy as many ticket as they want but for each round, each user can win only 1 highest award.
